Payment & Refund Policy

Payment

- Full payment is due 14 days before the tournament. For example, if your team's event is Sunday, March 26th, payment must be received by Sunday, March 12th


- Payment method is by E-Transfer


- Teams will not be included in the schedule if they have entered but have not yet paid

Cancellation

- If a tournament is cancelled for any reason by MYVB - including insufficient teams,  inclement weather, school board or facility cancellation - all funds will be held on as credit towards future events, or fully refunded upon request

Withdrawal

- Teams who withdraw 15 days or more before the start of the tournament will receive a 100% credit or refund


- Teams who withdrawal 9-14 days before the start of a tournament will receive a 75% credit or refund


- Teams who withdraw 8 days or less before the start of a tournament will receive no refund or credit

Withdrawal due to inclement weather

- In many cases, tournaments will still run with inclement weather in the area or surrounding areas. If a team from out of town deems it too unsafe to travel and decides to withdraw, they will receive 100% credit or refund.
